Company History

I&E was founded and organized by Mr. Fil C. Sonido on July 29, 1996 and registered under business name “I&E Analyzer System Services”, with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), with main address at 788 Sitio Tacad, Brgy. Libjo Batangas City, 4200 Batangas, Philippines and basically engaged in Analytical Instrumentation maintenance services of the different industries operating within Batangas area.Since its initial operation in 1996, the Company has positively gained a remarkable acceptance from their different companies served and year after, diversified its operation by adding Process Control Instrumentation, Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical and Civil works to its list of services being offered.

  • In January of 1998, I&E has embarked and signed its first Maintenance Contract with Union Carbide Philippines (Far East), Inc. currently under DOW Philippines Inc. for the total maintenance of their latex plant located at San Miguel, Bauan Batangas.
  • With the different diversification of services that the Company has gone through, on September 1999, the name I&E Analyzer System Services was changed to I&E Industrial Systems Services.
  • On January of 2000, in order to stand on a firmer ground and be able to open its windows for further expansions by adding additional funds, I&E was converted from a Single Proprietorship to a Corporation. Since then, the Company got its current name I&E Industrial Systems Services, Inc.
  • Few months later after the conversion, I&E embarked and signed its 2nd Maintenance Contract with Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation for the Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance of Shell Pandacan Installation, Buli Depot and JOCASP. This triggers the opening of I&E’s satellite office in Pandacan, Manila.
  • On November 26, 2001, I&E signed a Memorandum of Agreement with TESDA IV for the conduct of “Industrial Instrumentation Training Course” at the TESDA IV Regional Training Center, a co-management training program between TESDA and I&E, registered under the TESDA’s TVET Program. After a year of implementation, the co-management contract was not renewed for some TESDA’s policy related reasons and thereafter I&E management decided to move the training program from RTC IV Training Center to I&E Training Center located at Libjo, Batangas which is the moment getting more pro-active in delivering the program and become increasing widely known not only in Batangas City but almost to the entire province of Batangas.

HSSE Policy

It is the policy of the Company, I&E Industrial Systems Services, Inc. to provide, maintain and improve in so far as possible a safe, secured, healthy condition and good working habit and attitude and to provide training, rules and discipline for safe working conditions on the job.

Further, we are committed in promoting an excellent performance on Occupational Health and Safety and to comply with any applicable legal requirements and ISO 45001 standard requirements.

The chance for our business to survive depends largely on our capability to satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers.It is therefore our policy to provide our customers with our services which met or even surpassed agreed work specifications and performance requirements, right at the first time at a reasonable cost.We are convinced that the quality of work is the tool to company’s competitive position in the industry and further stimulate innovation at all levels of the organization.

Further, we are committed for continuous quality improvement and to comply with International Standards i.e., ISO 17025 for Calibration Laboratory and ISO 9001 for General Services.

We absolutely believe that quality could only be achieved if everyone is willing to cooperate and committed to familiarize themselves with the existing Quality Management System hence, “Quality is everybody’s business”.
